B&B Hotel Arras

The room was clean, but the check-in was super confusing.

the location was peaceful: shops and different shops were within walking distance. the property was set in a good area. i was happy, the quadruple room i booked came with clean bathroom, twin beds, for instance.

Checking in was a hassle. The self-check-in machine didn't recognize all cards, and it took a while to figure out the entry system. The reception hours were misleading, and I encountered an unexpected issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. The room size was tight, so it's really just a practical stopover rather than a cozy retreat.

No hairdryer in the room, which can be a hassle. Gaining access to the room involved a confusing process with codes, and the automated check-in system was tricky. Limited breakfast options, yet decent quality. The lack of toiletries apart from liquid soap may not suit everyone.

Nearby dining choices were plentiful, awesome for convenient meal options. I found the room clean and inviting, complemented by the access code feature that ensured a smooth experience at all hours.

We had a comfortable night with clean rooms and a spacious setup, which worked well for the three of us. The breakfast was a fantastic deal and offered a selection that kept us full for the day ahead.

The rooms are modern and functional, the bathroom is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is efficient, all situated in a convenient location near the motorways making it easy to get around.
